Ingredients:
- 2 parts vodka
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part cranberry juice
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. It should be garnished with a lime wedge or twist but I couldn’t be arsed.
I really like this cocktail. Apparently it was made famous recently by some TV show that I don’t watch.
I like the way the sweetness of the triple sec contrasts with the lime juice, and how the taste of the vodka & cranberry still come through.

Its also surprisingly potent. I seen many an embaressing moment pour forth from this drink.

Ahhhh, Gary’s comment makes it clear as day as to why you were telling me to drink Cosmopolitans at Ham’s graduation

I had no such intentions *puts hand on hips indignantly*. I just wanted you to try it because I liked it so much. But I suspect that it’s really just me, and that you would probably prefer the sex on the beach :p.
I’ve yet to experience any embarrassment as a result of this drink, but then, I’ve never had more than four in succession.

Well, I’m not *planning* on experiencing any embarrassment, but I do like them very much and plan on drinking a lot more of them in future, so who knows … I’ve had two so far tonight, so we’ll see what happens

I prefer to stop just before the truly embarrassing stage. The problem I have is that alcohol first makes me talkative and then … uh, “friendly”

What prompts the unusual behaviour is probably just the proximity of at least one (single) guy I like
I guess the alcohol reduces inhibitions and provides a convenient excuse should one be necessary.
