		<description>Yeah, I should be used to this discovery by now, but somehow I still cling to the idea that in all the areas I&#039;m not involved with, decisions are made by people who are experts will full and complete knowledge of all the relevant facts.  It still surprises me every time I encounter a new situation where it isn&#039;t true.</description>

		<description>This story reminds me a comment I once heard from a former white house press secretary. She said the first day to the job she could not believe how much an honour this is and how lucky it is for her to be there working with the country&#039;s best and the brightest. Then she said, after a few months she could not believe the country is run by these idiots :)

Sometimes things seem harder from the outside, but once you are in that position your realise it&#039;s really nothing special. This process is called learning.</description>
