Are there anything that you can leave them not done and not feel guilty? Housework? Grocery shopping? Cooking? Service the car? Something. Maybe need to learn how you can leave those not done and not feel guilty and apply it to work.

I guess you know what you need to do, but just can't help feeling guilty.

Hmm... all I can say is, you have to stop this! How... is the one millionaire dollar question isn't it? I wish we can put some of those "never feel guilty for doing nothing" from some other people into you!

PS. Marshmallow, I'd like to know more about those skills. *grin*

It just doesn't sound healthy at all :-(

We need to catch up, and in fact, I've learnt some skills that I could use to pamper you a bit and help you to feel relaxed, even if it is just for a couple of hours. Would you be interested?

Aside from that, you have nothing to feel guilty for! Really, you don't!
